Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the agreed total amount is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final delivery, publication, or release of the artwork. If you choose to cancel your commission request at any time, you acknowledge that the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the commission request if payment is not made as required.

Ownership & Usage Rights

All artwork created during the commission process remains our exclusive property. You may not use any portion of the artwork for commercial, political, or otherwise unauthorized purposes without our prior written approval. We reserve the right to share images or videos of our creative process on our social media platforms, provided such use is not political or malicious in nature. Any additional use of our imagery, including but not limited to tattoos or logos, requires written approval from us. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the commission request and/or legal action.

Revisions

Revisions are available at a cost of seventy-five dollars ($75) per revision. If revisions are requested, you will be notified of an updated completion date.

Late Delivery

We will make every reasonable effort to complete commissioned artwork promptly, subject to convention schedules and availability. If unforeseen circumstances occur, we will notify you of any delay within three (3) days of the original due date or as soon as the delay becomes known. Once the delay has been resolved, we will provide a revised completion date.

Cancellation Notice

If either party chooses to cancel a commission request, at least two (2) weeks’ notice must be provided based on the initially estimated completion date. If you fail to provide notice within this time frame, the full amount of the agreed total amount remains due. If we fail to provide notice within this time frame, you will be refunded all amounts paid, minus the deposit.

Returns & Damaged Products

All artwork purchases are final, and returns are not accepted. However, if a product is received in damaged condition, we may offer a replacement or exchange. Any request for a replacement or exchange must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
